The International Prayer Network was birthed out of a desire to see the power of prayer manifested in the kingdom of God. Lakeycia Jefferson has a strong burden for praying for our nation, as well as, other nations. Lakeycia has traveled extensively internationally to places such as Italy, Germany, Belgium, Africa, the Netherlands, Paris, St. Thomas and St. Martin. She currently has intercessors is some of those areas. Her burden is for the 10/40 window. This area consists of the core of the unreached people of our world. It extends from West Africa to Asia. This window consists of 62 nations, which represent the least evangelized nations of the world.
The ultimate purpose of The International Prayer Network is to take intercessors into these regions to bring healing, deliverance and restoration. James 5:16 says the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. The word fervent comes from the Greek word energeo. Energeo means in work, operative and active. To produce an effect of that which is spoken. She realizes intercession is of no effect without righteousness. The word righteous comes from the Greek word dikaios which means that which is expected as duty and which is claimed as right because of one’s conformity to the rules of God. In other words, intercessors at The International Prayer Network pray fire prayers that will produce an effect as we walk in righteousness according to the Word of God. The International Prayer Network connects live with intercessors from around the world on a daily basis in prayer. The network also receives prayer requests that will be prayed over with fervency.
